All rates include Neeva Gayle luxurious cotton day/night shirts, Frette linens, private patios, fully-stocked kitchens with everything one needs to make breakfast; eggs, cereal, juice, Puerto Rican coffee, tea, milk, jam, fruit and homemade bread. Most units also include a heavenly outdoor shower (see individual room details). And free Wi-Fi is available at our front desk, 24 hours a day.
Also offered are beach chairs, cooler bags, snorkeling gear, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, refreshing dips in the pool, and relaxing naps in one of our secluded hammocks.

- 30% credit card deposit required for reservation
- 50% credit card deposit required for reservations over Christmas/New Year’s holidays
- Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to visit to receive deposit refund
- No Cancellations or deposit refunds for reservations over the Christmas/New Year’s Holidays
- No weekly discount or refunds during Christmas/New Year’s Holidays
- Three-night minimum stay for Winter Season, two-night minimum stay for Summer Season, one week minimum stay for Christmas/New Year holiday
- No children under 16
- Payment is due in full upon check-in
- Early Check-in allowed if Loft is available and ready
- Late Check-out available for fee
- In the event of an early departure, the entire reservation must be honored
Rates are based on double occupancy, and do not include a 7% service charge nor 9% Puerto Rico Tourism room tax. Additional guests are $40 each, extra per night. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, ATM/ATH
