Neeva Gayle luxurious cotton day/night shirts, Frette linens, private patios, full kitchen stocked with delicious home-made bread, robust whole local coffee beans with grinder and french press, selection of teas, cereal, local fruits, juice and eggs. Most units also include a heavenly outdoor shower. Wireless Internet available in common areas.

Policies:

• 30% credit card deposit required for reservation
• 50% credit card deposit required for reservations over Christmas/New Year’s holidays
• Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to visit to receive deposit refund
• No Cancellations or deposit refunds for reservations over the Christmas/New Year’s Holidays
• No weekly discount or refunds during Christmas/New Year’s Holidays
• Three-night minimum stay for Winter Season, two-night minimum stay for Summer Season, one week minimum stay for Christmas/New Year holiday
• No children under 16
• Payment is due in full upon check-in
• Early Check-in allowed if Loft is available and ready
• Late Check-out available for fee
• In the event of an early departure, the entire reservation must be honored

Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests are $40/night each. We have a 7% service charge and a 9% PR room tax.
