La Casona has been the focus of many weddings, providing ample space for both ceremonies and receptions. The lower pool at the hotel has hosted many cocktail receptions, while the yoga studio and field across the street have hosted ceremonies as well. The gorgeous Sun Bay is a short 7 minute drive away; yet another option to include in your plans. La Casona accommodates 75 people comfortably for a wedding, and is a recommended facility by many caterers here on Vieques.
Our hotel sleeps approximately 42 people, and for weddings here at Hix Island House we request that you take over the whole hotel. This assures that you will have your own private compound with no interruptions from other guests.
